Are you wanting to learn to fly or upgrade your current licence? We can take you from an ab initio student all the way to a commercial pilot with an instrument rating! Then once you have your licence the club's aircraft are yours to hire and take away. Take your family on a trip of a lifetime!
Pilots Visiting from Overseas
Are you a pilot visiting from overseas? Don't have time to go through the difficulties of getting an Australian licence but you want to fly while here? We offer "Dual Hire". Hire one of our aircraft, take an instructor and fly away. Great rates and you can do all the piloting yourself.
Reef Scenic Flights, Rainforest and the Outback from the Air
North Queensland Aero Club offers scenic flights at rates that can't be beaten. We provide pre-planned package flights to most of the must-see locations including the Great Barrier Reef, taking in sights such as Green Island, the rainforest and the northern beaches. Our newest package, Whale watching! In season the inner reefs play home to Humpback Whales.
