HIRE OF CLUB AIRCRAFT
Cross hire of club aircraft to other Commercial Operators shall be with
club employed pilots only at the applicable hourly charter rate. MINIMUM
HIRE CHARGE
Minimum
charge will be equal to 2 flight hours per day, or the actual flight
time, if higher. FUEL
AND OIL
Fuel and oil will be reimbursed at retail cost ex Cairns. Fuel
purchased at higher prices – balance to be borne by the
hirer, receipts must be produced. LANDING
FEES
All landing and parking fees will be charged to the hirer. TERMS
OF TRADE
Payment made of full amount on conclusion of flight by cash, cheque or
credit card. If the office is closed on the return of flight, payment
should be made the very next day at the latest.
NB.
All charges are start-up to shutdown – clock or VDO not
airswitch.
